Server maintenance/downtime still planned during the offseason pending f4r getting some time to actually do it.

Dating all the way back to the game's first few months, this single one-star Assassin class servant faced a giant dragon by himself and came out victorious. Such a moment became so iconic that it has stuck along with the team long after it's moments in the spotlight.

However, the enduring memory of Rance  is one of failure, of fleeting brilliance among years of disapointment. His trademark shot, a left footed cannon shooting the ball wide of the nets.

REGEND has been a constant force on /fgog/, never having left the team but always ranging from a gold to a silver medal. He even briefly spent time as a nonmedal. Not many players can boast of such a roller coaster of a career, but the REGEND OF THE SAMURAI continues on.
Once a precocious talent, Rance stil holds the rare distinction of representing /vg/ before making his VGL debut. A missed penalty kick in the 2012 Autumn R016 would prove to be an omen of things to come.

REGEND's most notable performances are both official matches against /fgoalter/, where he has scored 3 of the 4 goals that decided victory over their sister team. This feat has earned him the honor of being an /alter/ Slayer on top of a Dragon Slayer. Otherwise, he is the next most consistent goal-scoring force opposite of his teammate Smug Redman while arguably being the more flashy performer.
The future still looked bright, with Rance's 1-2 punch with TOSH in headlining the strongest offense in the league. Rance scored 4 goals against /skg/ in a 9-1 victory that remains a VGL record today. Heading into the opening day of VGL 7, Rance's record stood at 12 goals from 13 matches and his development into an elite player seemed assured.

While his status in the coming VGL is unknown, it's very likely that he will continue to do what he does best. Instead of focusing his efforts on France, he will continue to do his best to become the Saviour of /fgog/.
But that moment would prove to be Rance's peak. In VGL 7 he scored once. Over the following five VGLs (8-12) Rance would only scored twice in 18 matches. With talk of being elite now a farcical joke, Rance would find himself stripped from the /hanny/ Captaincy.

Unburdended from the Captainy, Rance would finally found the nets. And while he has not become elite, Rance is at least a solid player. Occasionaly glimpses of the young prodigy can still be seen, with Rance's brace against back to back defending champs /dbg/ in VGL14 leading /hanny/ to their finest ever victory.

As the VGL enters its second decade, club and player have regained some respect. "Aiyaah! It's Hanny's decade" the potteries yell in the stands. But for that to be true, /hanny/ needs Rance to take that next step and finally become the player he once threatened to be.

An engimatic player, Rance's record of 64 matches and 41 goals is bettered by few. However, the enduring memory of Rance is one of failure, of fleeting brilliance among years of disapointment. His trademark shot, a left footed cannon shooting the ball wide of the nets.

Once a precocious talent, Rance stil holds the rare distinction of representing /vg/ before making his VGL debut. A missed penalty kick in the 2012 Autumn R016 would prove to be an omen of things to come.
