Covering marble racing and sporting events, specifically those on the Jelle's Marble Runs YouTube channel, interest in marble events on a board dedicated to "real sports" was not easy to come by. Starting life off as /mar/ in 2019 and eventually becoming /marble/, most threads would die within a few replies, if not dying with zero replies or removed by a janny who did not appreciate the art and competitive nature of marbles.
