General
- All aesthetics rules from /vt/ League 6 apply here.
- Gold and Silver players must have their names colored with the matching button in the Editor
- No other name-colorings are permitted
- Pro Evolution Soccer 2016; double-elimination
- ET and PKs on; 3 subs in regulation, a 4th allowed in extra time
- The 4-3-3 formation, and all variations of it are banned.
- Formations not possible in the normal game are also forbidden (illegal formations)

- Injury Resistance is set to 1 for all players
- 4/4 Footedness for all players in the 181cm or 170cm bracket; 2/2 for any other players
- Nonmedals may not have additional A-positions or B-positions
- Medals may have 1 additional A-position for free; no other A-positions or B-positions are allowed
- Nonmedal players with a Registered Position of any of LWF, RWF, LMF, or RMF gain an additional 7cm of height and +6 to all stats
- Silver players with a Registered Position of either of LWF or RWF gain an additional 3cm of height and +3 to all stats
- Medal players with both the Registered Position of CF and a Playstyle of Target Man or Fox in the Box gain an additional 5cm of height
- Medals may not play at Goalkeeper, nor have 'GK' as a second A-position
Live-Management
- Live-Management via IRC, done by private message with the streamer, will be allowed
- Nightlies due 2 hours before kickoff, any pre-game changes allowed after team's first match of the day (both days)
- The earliest time a voluntary timeout can be made will be set at 15'
- Managers have 2 voluntary timeouts they make take at any time between 15' and the end of the game; a third voluntary is allowed in Extra-Time
- Concession timeouts after conceding, having a player sent off or unable to continue, and halftime/ET Start/ET Half do not count as voluntary timeouts
- In the case a manager is unable to live-manage, pregame subs will be done by condition on Preset 1 and at 65' by condition
