Rules

Format

1. PES19, patched
2. Four /vt/ League teams will combine to make a single team; combined teams will be GGSSS (99/88/77) - Day 2 (99/93/85)
   1. The base /vt/ League teams will be GGSS (99/88/77) - Day 2 (99/93/85)
3. Each team will be randomly drawn into a double-elimination bracket
4. PES's Random Selection Mode will be used to randomly select 24 players to form the roster for the combined team
   1. Rerolls will be done if GGSSS is not possible with a given roll
5. Ties at 90' go directly to PKs
6. No livemanagement or pastebins; autopilots with 1-3 available presets
   1. Each team's head manager will be able to choose one along with a mentality before the match
7. 5 substitutions, all done at 65'
   1. Medals will be subbed if tired enough, replacement medals are available, and GGSSS is maintained

Tactical

1. 185cm outfield heights, 189cm goalkeepers
2. 10 cards for medals, 9 cards for non-medals excluding GKs
   1. GKs may have up to 3 cards
      1. Penalty Specialist card is banned
3. COM Styles are completely free for all players (excluding GKs)
4. All players excluding GKs must have a minimum of 6 cards (COM Styles are included in this count)
   1. GKs must have a minimum of 1 card (COM Styles are included in this count)
5. One player from each original team's captain, may have the Captaincy card free
6. No players may have more than 10 skill cards (COM Styles are not included in this count)
   1. Trick cards are free for all-non GKs, but count towards the above limit
7. At least 3 A-positions for all players mandatory (excluding GKs) - these are free for all non-GKs
   1. GKs may not have second A-positions
      1. 'Goalkeeper' may not be a secondary-A position for any player
8. GKs may not be medals
9. 4/4 Footedness for medals, 2/4 Footedness for non-medals
10. Form 4 for non-medals, Form 8 for medals
11. Injury resistance set to 1 for all players
12. Additional A-positions may be taken in exchange for one fewer skill card (COM Styles, Captaincy, and Trick Cards do not count)

Auxiliary

1. Gamespeed 1
2. Random conditions, weather, and grass
3. If going to Penalty Kicks, GGSSS order will be used - conditions will be tiebreaker
4. Cards and suspensions are not cleared at any point
5. Players may not be played out of one of their A-positions at any time, for any reason
