/corpo/ was originally a thread that struggled to get any traction and never really had time to develop a culture with how fast the board is. The thread eventually ended up merging with /aa/ - AkioAIR general another small corpo thread that also had struggles surviving on their own. This union allowed both threads a stable home. As time went on and the AkioAIR members became more and more inconsistent streamers this led to /corpo/ being the dominant part of the thread. After over a year, the union between the threads ended after the COMPLETE AND UTTER IMPLOSION of AkioAIR due to a metric fuckton of drama surrounding their second generation. Now /corpo/ - Other Small Corpos is a standalone thread once more this time with an established and ever shifting culture of new corpo debuts, incompetent management, promising startups, former corpos and friends, and whatever else gets thrown our way in the varied world of small vtuber corpos.
