At a point, soon after the team foundation, it was suggested that for every tournament the team takes part, the team changes logos and colors, based on a different Liga MX team and one of their most comedic characteristics. For /sp/erb Owl 2018, it was suggested for the team use an edited version of a real life Liga MX club, Cruz Azul, constantly mocked on the general and on Mexican sports media for cruzazulear – losing a game or a championship on the last decisive minutes of a match, while the circumstances would tell otherwise.
