Founded in time for the 2012 Autumn Babby Cup, /hr/ is a team that celebrates 4chan coming as close as it ever will to caring about celebrity culture: looking at very high resolution pictures of scantily-clad celebrity women. While the team embodies High Resolution Stalking at it's finest, it has a history of only mixed results on the pitch. The team finally tasted some success in the 2013 Autumn Babby Cup, and will train for another season to try and pick up critical wins in the Winter Cup. Hopefully these girls on film will continue to be convinced that the opposing keeper is a famed publicist who will update their image if only they can get the ball past him and into the net.

2012 4chan Autumn Babby Cup

Before the competition started, the team already had a bad reputation due to DeAndre choosing to make one of his defenders a golden player. As if that wasn't enough, in their first three matches with their gold defender, /hr/ didn't get a single win and only scored once in their first friendly with /r9k/. Once the group stage draw was made, /hr/ was in Group B with /tv/, /o/, and /s/. Sure enough, their losing streak continued with their first group stage match as /o/ won 2-0, leading /o/'s fans to believe that this is their year. On the second match, /hr/ would not only win, but it would be a strong 4-1 win against /s/ with a Celeb Threads hat trick. Though this win gave them some hope for their next match against /tv/, it didn't matter because /tv/ would easily win the last group B match 3-0.

2013 4chan Spring Babby Cup

DrBorisG debuted against /trv/, going up 2-0 by 60 minutes. Unfortunately questionable managing and great work by /trv/ allowed them to mount an incredible comeback, winning off a goal in injury time. The next game against /ic/ had an early goal nursed along until /ic/ got aggressive late in the second half and found an equalizer. The defense managed to hold a draw and keep /hr/ alive for the final day. Thanks to another unlikely comeback by /trv/ against /ic/, /hr/ only had to win by 1 to go through to summer. At first it looked like /d/ would be resting most of their medals, assuring an easy point. An early header by goal by Vore foreshadowed the eventual result. A pair of Emma Watson goals gave /hr/ brief hope, but an answer by Haigure heralded the subbing on of medal striker Bob Sapp, after which /hr/ completely collapsed, killing their Summer chance. Overall opinion appears to be that /hr/ has improved, getting leads in every every game and keeping them exciting, but couldn't finish and still needs some work.

2013 4chan Autumn Babby Cup

Yutz started his management career for /hr/ in the Summer and Autumn friendlies to mixed results. Two wins already left him as /hr/'s best manager coming into the cup, and /hr/'s wild run would prove it. The group stages started sleepily as /hr/ barely pulled a comeback from 2 goals down against /s/. In their second game, /hr/ would get their first ever win against /tv/ on a spectacular 90+ Taylor Swift goal. While it looked like they would blow past /gif/ in the third match, the defense became porous as the team got tired, and /gif/ would find a draw on a late goal by 'Is This Real?' Thanks to a spectacular sudden surge by /tv/ against /s/ however, /hr/ would top the group and be slated to play dead (but definitely wildcard) /cgl/ in the round of 16. The win over /cgl/ turned out to be fairly in hand on a pair of goals by Taylor Swift and another by Emma Watson. In the quarter final, /hr/ would face a projected cup favorite /lgbt/. The game was a tense low scoring affair with /lgbt/ making more attacks. A late change to a very defensive formation threw /lgbt/ for a loop and caused the most spectacular own-goal of the cup by Slutty Bisexual. In the semi-final /hr/ and /fa/ went back and forth on goals. Thanks to a legendary single game performance by goalkeeper Celeb Threads, the game sat at 2-2 into extra time and eventually taking the game to Penalty Kicks. Celeb Threads simply tired out and on the 6th round of kicks, 3 Gallons Per Tit missed a required kick, sending /hr/ to the 3rd place match instead of the final. In the third place match, defensive tactics were used once again to successfully ward off /pol/'s blitzkrieg and secure a 3-0 win, 3rd place in the cup, and the Golden Glove award for Celeb Threads.

Rivalries

/hr/ vs /tv/ - The Celebrity Derby

While both boards are extremely similar in how they swoon over their favorite starlets, /hr/ and /tv/ just happen to frequently meet on the pitch as well. In the first two encounters, /tv/ slapped down an increasingly embittered /hr/, and it wasn't until the third encounter in the 2013 Autumn Babby Cup that /hr/ proved it could be the superior team. Future meetings are sure to be heated.
