Founded in time for the 2012 Autumn Babby Cup, /hr/ is a team that celebrates 4chan coming as close as it ever will to caring about celebrity culture: looking at very high resolution pictures of scantily-clad celebrity women. While the team embodies High Resolution Stalking at it's finest, it has never been very successful on the pitch. A rebuild helped somewhat, and the team will train for another season to try and pick up critical wins in the Autumn Babby cup. Hopefully these girls on film will continue to be convinced that the opposing keeper is a famed publicist who will update their image if only they can get the ball past him and into the net.

2012 4chan Autumn Babby Cup

Before the competition started, the team already had a bad reputation due to DeAndre choosing to make one of his defenders a golden player. As if that wasn't enough, in their first three matches with their gold defender, /hr/ didn't get a single win and only scored once in their first friendly with /r9k/. Once the group stage draw was made, /hr/ was in Group B with /tv/, /o/, and /s/. Sure enough, their losing streak continued with their first group stage match as /o/ won 2-0, leading /o/'s fans to believe that this is their year. On the second match, /hr/ would not only win, but it would be a strong 4-1 win against /s/ with a Celeb Threads hat trick. Though this win gave them some hope for their next match against /tv/, it didn't matter because /tv/ would easily win the last group B match 3-0.

2013 4chan Spring Babby Cup

DrBorisG debuted against /trv/, going up 2-0 by 60 minutes. Unfortunately questionable managing and great work by /trv/ allowed them to mount an incredible comeback, winning off a goal in injury time. The next game against /ic/ had an early goal nursed along until /ic/ got aggressive late in the second half and found an equalizer. The defense managed to hold a draw and keep /hr/ alive for the final day. Thanks to another unlikely comeback by /trv/ against /ic/, /hr/ only had to win by 1 to go through to summer. At first it looked like /d/ would be resting most of their medals, assuring an easy point. An early header by goal by Vore foreshadowed the eventual result. A pair of Emma Watson goals gave /hr/ brief hope, but an answer by Haigure heralded the subbing on of medal striker Bob Sapp, after which /hr/ completely collapsed, killing their Summer chance. Overall opinion appears to be that /hr/ has improved, getting leads in every every game and keeping them exciting, but couldn't finish and still needs some work.

DrBorisG: Let me just say I did what I set out to do. We never looked like the team that took the 4-0 beating from /po/ in the friendlies. The icing on the cake was the amazing PR difference from the moment we picked up a lead in the /trv/ game. Compare the stunned surprise at that to the gracious send off we got after that crushing /d/ loss. All sorts of People, from the amazingly supportive kpop general fans who showed up to cheer me on all the way to other managers and commentators believe this is a team that can compete now. I think with some continued effort on tweaking everything, we'll start picking up those precious green bars in the match history. What's next? For now, PESJP reworks and prep for the Summer Friendlies. I was so pleased with how Emma Watson played this cup, but I think Taylor Swift and the silvers (who will be changing based on those fan requests, don't worry) need some work still. For today, the fact we had a chance is enough for me. In the future, I really want to set a higher standard and see some wins.
