Dates for the 2022 4chan Winter Cup will be as follow:

Team List Finalized: January 14th, 23:59:59 UTC
Aesthetics Export Deadline: January 21st, 23:59:59 UTC
Tactical Export Deadline: January 22nd, 23:59:59 UTC
Draw: January 23rd
Group Stage: January 28-30, February 4-6
Knockouts: February 12-13

Team List Finalized makes a return from World Cup for Elites as a permanent addition. If you need a reminder, it refers to the date when the roster of participating teams in the next Elite cup will be determined and announced with no further changes possible. It is the deadline for anyone that would like to sign onto a team's staff that is currently without a manager/caretaker, in order to keep them potentially eligible to play. This will help give a buffer for backup teams from Autumn to prepare anything they need in order to replace dead teams and play in Winter in their place(s).

Rules and Patch:
Winter will continue using PES 2021 and will also continue using the same ruleset and patch that were used in Autumn 2021.

If you manage a team that did not play in Autumn, please read the rule changes that were implemented for Autumn 2021, which were alterations to the green height system as well as added restrictions on copying presets during prematch. Additionally, make sure to download the AI patch that was used in Autumn, overriding the World Cup patch .cpk in your download folder with it if you have not already done so.

Proof of Interest:
The following teams that are eligible to play in Winter do not currently have valid POI due to it having expired:
 /biz/,  /co/,  /d/,  /diy/,  /his/,  /i/,  /m/,  /mu/,  /n/,  /o/,  /out/,  /trv/,  /w/,  /wg/

Teams listed above must contact QD before the Team List Finalized deadline in order to provide POI acquired within the last six months to be able to play in Winter. If your team is not listed above, then they currently have valid POI for Winter. Managers/caretakers for these teams may send more recent POI if they wish but are not required to do so. Additionally, /diy/ currently does not have a manager or caretaker listed, so if there is anyone interested in attempting to keep the team alive, please contact QD or another member of /admin/ as soon as possible.

EDIT 1/14/22:  /diy/ did not find a caretaker or manager and did not find any new valid POI before the Teams List Finalized deadline, meaning that the 17th placed team from Autumn 21,  /v/, will be taking their place in Winter 22.
