Introduction
Originally a nameless BBS system on 4chan, the application to directly submit oekaki scribbles has been around almost as long as 4chan itself. Around 2004 "/ib/ - Oekaki Random" and "/ip/ - Oekaki Pro" were added to the site to give this application their own dedicated boards. Sometime during July 2008 /ib/ and /ip/ then were merged into one board which from there on would simply be known as "/i/ - Oekaki".

A rivalry started by two underdogs making it to the 2019 Spring Babby Cup Finals together and further built with mutual respect for cute things. With /i/ taking first blood by winning the Spring Cup with a score of 3-1 and punching their ticket to the Champions League along with /c/. Fast forward to the 2019 Champions League Final and there is a repeat of the Spring Final, this time the roles were reversed and /c/ won this final with a score of 3-1. Now with both teams having silverware in the cabinet both teams want to continue this friendly competition to decide what is cuter? Anime girls or doodles? |
