The tournament featured a mixture of teams that are relegated from the 2020 4chan Summer Cup, teams that failed to advance from the 2020 4chan Spring Babby Cup, and teams from the 2020 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers.

Having won the 2020 4chan Spring Babby Cup, /d/ hosted this tournament. /o/ defeated /mu/ 1-0 in the final to win their first tournament. /fa/ won the third place playoff against /co/.

Thirty-two teams competed at this tournament; fifteen of the teams qualified by means of relegation from the 2020 4chan Summer Cup, eight qualified by failing to advance from the 2020 4chan Spring Babby Cup, four were granted a bye due to failing to advance from the 2020 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers, and four qualified by advancing from the 2020 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Qualifiers.
