Its first appearance in the /vg/ League was in [[/vg/ League 7]], where, starting out from the last pot of the qualifiers, managed to top its group with 9 points and a GD of +12. In the VGL proper, /sog/ was drawn in group D(eath), along with [[/drg/]], [[/ddg/]] and [[/lisg/]]. After the first two matches things looked promising with the team sitting on 6 points, but the /ddg/ victory over /lisg/ in the last round meant that /sog/ couldn't afford to lose by more than one goal against /drg/. After a first half with no goals and a monumental chance for the bote team, /drg/ scored 3 goals in the second half, also helped by errors in defence made by A O B A. 0-3, and /sog/ was out of the competition on 6-6-6-0, after its very first loss. The team's top scorer in VGL 7 is the silver medal ded, fitting for a team ded so soon.
