History
HEY HEY PAISANOS THIS IS THE SUPER MARIO RETARDY SHOW!! Here, instead of forcibly placing characters into spots just because, team positions are instead determined based upon a one-year season (going from the Retardy after a Winter Elite Cup ends to the week before the next Winter Elite Cup begins), where Gold Captaincy goes to whoever wins the most Retardy games (but in case of a tie, whoever collects the most stars out of the year will win the spot), and Silver goes to whoever collects the most coins (with the same tie-breaker rules being applied here).
