/vg/ League 7 will be the seventh iteration of the /vg/ general themed PES competition. Similar to the previous Leagues, signups are open and any team verified for participation is able to compete. The purpose of the League is to decide the roster of the actual /vg/ team for the 4chan Cup. /vg/ League 7 will be a joint effort between the head organizer, the streamers, the aesthetics team, the /vg/ management team, and the VGL Council. /vg/ League 7 will be the first VGL hosted by somewhat new streamer, QD.
The League will be played on the VGL Hitbox and hosted through the official cup stream.

Important Dates
- October 23rd - November 5th, VGL7 sign ups open. Any team that signs up and was in the VGL6 knockout round gets immediate access to VGL7. Any further spots will be decided by the general's participation, VGL rankings, and the amount of teams that signup.
- November 16th, Export deadline the second it becomes the 16th at midnight UTC (aka November 15th, 23:59:59 UTC.) No exceptions. This will also be the Qualifier/First aesthetic deadline.
- November 18th, Any and all export save fixes are due at the same time as the previous deadline.
- November 20th, Reserved date for the possibility of a qualifier round. The draw for the qualifiers will happen if needed.
- November 25th - 27th, Weekend reserved for the possibility of qualifiers. Draw will follow qualifiers on the 29th. If no qualifiers are played or it is a very few set of matches, friendlies will occur on the 28th, followed by a draw.
- November 30th, This will be the second and final day to submit your aesthetic export and the chance for non-qualifier teams that missed the first deadline to submit their aesthetics. Additional models/kits may also be submitted before this deadline.
- December 2nd, /vg/ League 7 begins.
Saves and Aesthetics

NOTE: Whatever the pack you've downloaded, you need to remove the dt35 file from your PES2016\Data folder for the FPC players to appear correctly, otherwise they'll have extra shorts.
It's necessary to submit a logo and an anthem at the very least. Although not necessary, it's encouraged to submit at least a kit and a goal horn.
Pre-game tactics in the form of pastebins (that is, sliders, formation changes) and special non-model-related aesthetics (including opponent specific music) must be submitted directly to the streamer, who is usually quetzadrake on Skype/QD on IRC or Discord unless stated otherwise on the Discord. Live-managing pre-match and during matches should be done via IRC on the #4chancup channel in a PM to QD (or whoever the streamer is that day). Nightly exports go directly to the VGL Export email at vgleagueexports@gmail.com before 15:00 UTC, 2 hours before match days begin. If you need help still read here for a more detailed description.

Draw
The draw for /vg/ League 7 will occur immediately after the final match of the qualifiers on the 27th.
The 32 teams are divided into 4 seeding pots, using past performance to split the first three groups, and the 8 best teams from the qualifying round for the rest of Pot 4.
