/a/ v /cm/

Background: A icon.png /a/ appeared to be on the fast track to a possible El Classico final in the 2013 4chan Winter Cup. Then, the unthinkable happened. Cm icon.png /cm/ took the semifinal spot for their own. They didn't even make it a contest, winning 4–0. That matchup was also played while /cm/ were managed by an Irishman, so it hasn't counted for nearly five years now. That didn't prevent /cm/ from coming back, promoting from their first cup back (thanks to a demolishing of /tg/ that remains their biggest win, voided or not), and nearly doing /a/ dirty again in the 2014 4chan Winter Cup. /cm/ failed this time, however, taking a late lead only to witness a colossal titan send /a/ through to an actual El Classico (in the Round of 16 this time) by ensuring a 1–1 draw.

/int/ v /a/

Background: The only time A icon.png /a/ played Int icon.png /int/, both teams were desperate for a win in the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup group stage. /a/ got the win, 4–1, and while /int/ crashed out on 0 points, they would end up falling ass backwards into the 2016 4chan Summer Cup thanks to their only win. That Summer Cup totally went well and did not at all include /a/'s biggest loss in its matches.

/cm/ v /an/

Background: An icon.png /an/ defeated Cm icon.png /cm/ 2–1 in the 2012 4chan Autumn Babby Cup Friendlies. They met again in that same cup, with /an/ taking a 1–1 draw (one of their three that cup) and providing the difference /cm/ needed to promote. However, like a third team in their group, both /cm/ and /an/ were controlled by an Irishman, so neither of these two matches have counted for nearly five years.
