Group B of the 2012 4chan Autumn Babby Cup contains one of the highest-ranked teams in the tournament in the form of /tv/, Summer Cup competitors /o/, Spring Babby Cup veterans /s/ and debutantes /hr/, the lowest-ranked team in the tournament.
Summary
Matchday 1
/o/ earned their first ever win in competitive football (>implying it isn't their year) with a composed victory. /hr/'s infamous defence held fast for just a quarter of an hour until LS1 Swap bagged his first, and then another another fifteen minutes later.
Meanwhile, /tv/ produced a performance true to form as they swept /s/ aside with ease. Even very poor conditioning for /tv/'s strikeforce was unable to deter them as Poor Little White guy scored twice.
Matchday 2
A rapid start from /tv/, with three goals in just over half an hour from Poor Little White Guy and Real Human Being were enough for them to beat /o/ and practically seal qualification. /o/'s second half comeback courtesy of Takumi and LS1 Swap was insufficient.
Bottom-ranked /hr/ produced a shock display to condemn /s/ to a 4-1 defeat. A Celeb Threads hat-trick sent /hr/ well on the way to victory. Their famed defence was unusually absent however, when Asa Akira scored an excellent diving header from a deep cross to deny /hr/ a clean sheet.
Matchday 3
/s/'s miserable Babby Cup campaign came to an end as they were put out of their misery by a rampant /o/. A Takumi goal at the very start of the match, followed by a brilliant hat-trick by gold player LS1 Swap left /s/ with the worst GD record in the tournament at -10 goals.
As /o/ won by a considerable margin it was up to /hr/ to win and get back ahead of /o/ on goal difference in order to qualify. It all fell to pieces to quickly however, when Real Human Being scored in the very first minute of the match. Two more goals in the second half for /tv/ allowed them to progress as group winners to the Round of 16 ahead of /o/.
