Welcome to >implying rigged! >implying rigged is the community hub and information center of the 4chan Cup, a series of simulated soccer tournaments played on games from the Pro Evolution Soccer series. Since 2011 the boards of 4chan have competed on the field for the unrivaled honor of being crowned champions. Elite tournaments are held in Summer and Winter. Spring and Autumn play host to the Babby Cups—qualification tournaments where teams play for the right to compete at Elite level.

This is the phrase that was hastily added onto SANIC in 2010 when he was nothing more than an MS Paint Abomination. The /v/irgins of /v/ became quite fond of this strangely-illustrated hegehog despite the source material he is based off of. With his newfound popularity, SANIC raced his way onto the /v/ roster in 2012. The speedy, nonmedal midfielder was not used to the limitations of the pitch as he struggled to participate on offense, but he finally found his footing and scored his first goal in the 2013 Winter Cup off a Reggie assist. From there, he was able to outpace some of his teammates to become a silver player in the 2013 Summer Cup, a gold player in the 2015 Spring Babby Cup, and eventually captain of the club. Now as captain, SANIC uses that phrase to rally /v/ to new heights that they have never achieved before. Under his leadership, /v/ became champions for the first time ever in the 2022 Summer Cup and almost won a second star in the 2025 Winter Cup. In terms of personal accolades, SANIC holds the title of Quickest Double Brace (20'), Highest Match Rating* (9.0) and is the recipient of the Lionel Messie Memoriam Award in the 2022 Winter Cup. SANIC has proven himself to be one of the deadliest strikers in 4chan cup history as he is in 7th place for All Time Goalscorers (121), 2nd place* for Most Hat Tricks (10), and 8th place for Most Man of the Match Awards. Some teams had the honor of celebrating championships while other teams had to endure painstaking defeat. Ironically, those first 5 years of the cup's history did not include 7th founding team /his/, who were anxious to finally leave their mark. Led by their captain Charles II, the young /his/torians made their premiere in the 2016 Spring Babby Qualifiers and opened up with a pair of 4-1 victories over their first couple of opponents in /v/ and /co/. They promoted to the Spring Babby Proper and won a fair bit of respect in the process. They won their first battles, but a greater war laid ahead. The tides turned against them for quite some time as they were unable to generate a knockout win for several years. Looking to turn it around, they dug their heels into the sand for the 2018 Autumn Babby Qualifiers. They battled their way back into the babby proper, conquered /3/ in the Round of 16 to earn their first knockout victory, and fought valiantly in a finals loss against /pol/. Fueled by the pain of losing out on the trophy and several years of mediocrity, /his/ went on a warpath through the 2021 Winter Cup to win 6 matches straight to return to the finals. Unfortunately, history tends to repeat itself and they came up short, this time with a star on the line. Now covered in battle scars, /his/ understands what it takes to be victorious. They are now on the offensive as they have qualified for the final day in 3 of the last 4 cups they have participated in.
