Pro Evolution Soccer 2014, or PES14, was the game used by the 4chan Cup starting with the 2014 4chan Winter Cup, having replaced Pro Evolution Soccer 2013. It is no longer in use by the 4chan Cup.

Not sure if this page ever existed or was lost in the great wiki security crisis but fuck it I'ma break this shit down.
PES14 remained in use for five seasons, longer than every version besides PES 2017. Its last official tournament was the 2015 Winter Cup, after which it was supplanted by Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 in time for the 2015 Spring Babbies.

Step 3a: Miniaturize That
Exporting and importing teams
For this you need to use the official/real pes2014.exe with the mini-image. Go to the edit menu and select export function, pick the team you want to export and a saveslot for it. After this your export will be saved in \Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\save.

Luckily, there are still ways to run games without a license. Get the mini image from torrent #2 in Step 1 if you haven't already. Mount the .mds file with your trusty iso-mounting software, then try to run the game (no crack). If you get a SecuROM error about a backup ("Please insert the original disc instead of the backup" or something), then you're going to have to make some adjustments to your trusty iso-mounting software (I'm assuming it's Daemon Tools, and I don't know how to do Alcohol or MagicDisc or anything, so if you use those you'll have to google). Open up Daemon Tools, go to preferences, then advanced. You should see a couple checkboxes labelled with various disc types. Check SecuROM, then remount the image. If the checkboxes are greyed out, you'll have to reinstall Daemon Tools. Make sure to check all options necessary for advanced emulation if you do so.
To import a team, dump the team export file in \Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\save, go to the edit menu in PES14 and select import. Now make sure to overwrite the team it is supposed to overwrite, so a /mlp/-export.bin will overwrite /mlp/ in game and not /a/ for example, and you're done.

At this point everything should be working, and your game should be at v1.04. If you've been fiddling with cracks and you find PES crashes when you're using a mini img, do a fresh install.
Importing From PES 2013
Luckily, for people who can't run PES, Based Goldora has provided us with an import feature for his Pro-Evo Editing Studio, which allows you to import players from PES 2013, FEEFUR, and even any PES since PES 2008. This will provide you with all the stats and cards (wherever possible), names, heights and, most importantly, Fame Multipliers from your PES 2013 team. Of course, due to changes in cards and stats, some things will have to be doublechecked and done by hand.

Step 4: Append DLC to That
* Open PES
* Open the OF, this is the EDIT.bin.
* It will then give you the option to open OF2, do this and select PES 2013 (or 2012 and 2011 if you want).
* Go to the PES 2013 Icon, which should now be clickable.
* Now use the search-box to search for your player. I recommend starting with your keeper and going down the team list like that, because PEES is a bit "odd" at times.
* When you have found the player, click the little red toolbox and select "Copy PES2013 player".
* When you have done this, click on the Barcelona Badge to take you to teams and find your team.
* Go to formation and double click the player you wish to overwrite.
* Click the little red toolbox again and select "Paste from PES2013 OF2".
* Make sure the player conforms to cup regulations and has the cards you want him to have.
* Now click the little accept button. I cannot stress how important this is and how much time I lost by not doing this. This will save everything about the player, including their name.
* Repeat until you have your whole team imported.

http://www.pes-patch.com/2013/11/pes-2014-dlc-2-0-download.html<br>
Save after every other player you import, PEES can be a little unstable at times.
Download the DLC from the link above. Grab the three files (DpFileList.bin, dt50_001.cpk, and dt500_7999999.cpk) and move them to C:\ProgramData\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\download. Note: that is ProgramData, not Program Files nor your installation directory. ProgramData may be hidden in your Windows Explorer, just manually enter the address in the address bar. If you've done it correctly, PES will show you a bunch of shoes on next startup.

At this point PES should be on v1.04 DLC 2.00

Step 5: Mod That
http://www44.zippyshare.com/v/94379931/file.html<br>
So there's an offical 4CC modpack! Extract, then follow the instructions on the readme. Very straightforward. If you forgot what the DLC filepath is see Step 4. Note on the executables: if you want to import or export teams ingame, you need to mount a mini image and run pes2014.exe. Otherwise, you can just run 4cc.exe (no mini image needed).

Step 6: Interact With That Using Third-Party Programs
If you plan to do anything with your copy of PES 2014, an editor program will make your life a million times easier. To the extent of my knowledge, there is no 2014 version of PES Editor, which is what we used for PES 2013. Right now I'm using Pro-Evo Editing Studio 2014, which is not very good. Eventually new editors and better functionality for existing editors will be released. If you know of a better editor, post it here because god damn I hate using PEES. Maybe it will be good someday.

4CC Rules for PES 2014
This assumes you're already familiar with the team rules for 2013, and just need to know what's changed.

*Game difficulty is set to Top Player
*Goalkeepers have 66 in Saving, Jump, and Goalkeeping, 99 in Defensive Prowess, and 77 in everything else
*Every player gets a free Playing Style choice, card rules remain the same

These are all subject to change over the next month or so.

Changes to Tactical Options
A few additions/subtractions of note to the tactical side of things.

*Several new Playing Styles have been introduced, some of 2013's Playstyle cards have become Playing Styles.
*New cards, some existing cards have been modified.
*To the extent of my knowledge, dots and arrows have been removed. But they were invisible without use of an editor in 2013, so when more features get added to 2014's editors we may see they've just been hiding all along. Maybe not though, I have no evidence either way.

Slider changes
Quick disclaimer: I have NOT tested and confirmed all of these, and am just basing it off of limited experience and what others have written. Take with a grain of salt. If I don't mention a slider, it means it hasn't been changed.

Player Support
*Works similar to 2013, but the values have been reversed. Lower values mean teammates try to move ahead of the ball carrier, higher values mean teammates try to stay behind the ball carrier.

Front Line Pressure
*Exactly the same as Pressing but now only applies to front-line players. I don't know what players PES labels as front-line, but if I had to guess I'd say just forwards.

Defensive Compactness
*Works similar to Compactness in 2013, only reversed (like Player Support). Lower values mean the defense spreads out more, higher values mean they position tighter. Similar to FLP in that it only affects specific players, in this case "defensive" ones. Probably just defenders, but I'm not sure.

Shifting to Attack
*Brand-new slider, dictates the pace of the team's build-up. Lower values mean a slower build-up (tiki taka), higher values mean the team will push into the final third faster.

Attack/Defense Level
*Basically a replacement for 2013's mentalities, which are now gone. Lower values mean more aggressive, offensive movement, higher values mean players will position more cautiously.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2014, or PES14, was the game used by the 4chan Cup starting with the 2014 4chan Winter Cup, having replaced Pro Evolution Soccer 2013. It is no longer in use by the 4chan Cup.

PES14 remained in use for five seasons, longer than every version besides PES 2017. Its last official tournament was the 2015 Winter Cup, after which it was supplanted by Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 in time for the 2015 Spring Babbies.

Now make sure to overwrite the team it is supposed to overwrite, so a /mlp/-export.bin will overwrite /mlp/ in game and not /a/ for example, and you're done.

Importing From PES 2013

Luckily, for people who can't run PES, Based Goldora has provided us with an import feature for his Pro-Evo Editing Studio, which allows you to import players from PES 2013, >FEEFUR, and even any PES since PES 2008. This will provide you with all the stats and cards (wherever possible), names, heights and, most importantly, Fame Multipliers from your PES 2013 team. Of course, due to changes in cards and stats, some things will have to be doublechecked and done by hand.

 • Open PES
 • Open the OF, this is the EDIT.bin.
 • It will then give you the option to open OF2, do this and select PES 2013 (or 2012 and 2011 if you want).
 • Go to the PES 2013 Icon, which should now be clickable.
 • Now use the search-box to search for your player. I recommend starting with your keeper and going down the team list like that, because PEES is a bit "odd" at times.
 • When you have found the player, click the little red toolbox and select "Copy PES2013 player".
 • When you have done this, click on the Barcelona Badge to take you to teams and find your team.
 • Go to formation and double click the player you wish to overwrite.
 • Click the little red toolbox again and select "Paste from PES2013 OF2".
 • Make sure the player conforms to cup regulations and has the cards you want him to have.
 • Now click the little accept button. I cannot stress how important this is and how much time I lost by not doing this. This will save everything about the player, including their name.
 • Repeat until you have your whole team imported.

Save after every other player you import, PEES can be a little unstable at times.
