Theb Elt

Theb Elt is a time-honoured tradition of the 4chan Cup revered artifact from the old days prestigious and sought-after honour meaningless bit of fluff, in the model of an unofficial title belt.
Format
Theb Elt is at stake for any official 4CC match that the holder competes in. If the holder wins or draws, Theb Elt is retained. If the holder loses, Theb Elt is awarded to the team that beat them (the challenger).
For the purpose of counting the number of games as a holder, Theb Elt is awarded/retained at the end of a match. So if Team B beats holder Team A, Team B's first match as holder will be their next match, and their last match as holder will be their next loss.
Match History
By winning the first 4chan Cup, /a/ were the first team to earn Theb Elt. Their first recorded match as holders of Theb Elt was the opening tilt of the 2012 4chan Winter Cup.

- Theb Elt has never missed an Elite Cup.
- /k/ and /pol/ are the only teams to ever lose Theb Elt in a Cup, then regain it and hold it until the end of the tournament.
- Theb Elt has been relegated three times.
- On the final group stage matchday of the 2014 4chan Winter Cup, /co/ drew /h/ 0–0, maintaining their hold on Theb Elt. Later that day, however, /co/ were relegated.
- On day 5 of the 2018 4chan Winter Cup, /f/ drew /x/ 1–1, a result which relegated them to Spring holding onto Theb Elt.
- On day 5 of the 2021 4chan Winter Cup, /u/ drew /n/ 2–2, a result which relegated them to Autumn holding onto Theb Elt.
