Founding Babbies
The Founding Babbies is the name given to the 18 teams formed after the 2012 4chan Winter Cup. The Founding Babbies were the third wave of new teams, and the largest mass founding to date. Due to the prodigious amount of new clubs, the 4chan Cup Committee introduced the Babby Cups to serve as a relegation league for the 4chan Cup. Each of these teams would compete in the 2012 4chan Spring Babby Cup alongside four other teams remade after the Second Founding, for the right to move into the Top Tier.

- As of the conclusion of the 2016 4chan Winter Cup, 5 different Founding Babbies have won cups; 4 Babby Cups and 1 Elite Cup.
- As of the conclusion of the 2016 4chan Winter Cup, the Founding Babbies have 15 "medal" finishes; 5 first place finishes, 3 second place finishes, and 6 third place finishes.
- As of the conclusion of the 2016 4chan Spring Babby Cup Qualifiers, /mlp/ have the highest efficiency out of this Founding with 54.1%, while /po/ have the lowest with 23.81%.
