An upcoming new tournament where teams from your favorite chinese cartoons will go against each other to find out who is worthy of the title of steamiest pile of moeshit. Like the /vg/ league the top contenders from this tournament will be put together in a Moeshit Allstar team which will then be signed up for the upcoming /ag/ League.
The tournament host hasn't been decided as of yet, but if nobody steps up it will be streamed by Sillius on >shitbox.

Requirements
Obligatory
- A working PES16 export
- An anthem
- At least one goalhorn
- At least one outfielder kit and a goalkeeper kit; two outfielder kits are recommended
- Team logo

Discouraged
- Time consuming live managing
Rules
Teams based on animemes with no plot whatsoever will be given priority over others. This is the Moeshit Cup so we're looking for teams of cute girls doing cute things and nothing else. This means shows like Strike Witches and Girls Und Panzer don't exactly qualify as they both have some semblance of plot. In case not enough teams sign up we might have to let teams centered around cute girls doing cute plot-related things participate.
