The 2019 4CC Champions League qualifying stage will determine three of the four teams that make up Pot 4 of the 2019 4CC Champions League. Teams are given entries into this mini-tournament by winning select memevitational tournaments or by finishing as runners-up in /vg/ League tournaments. This stage will commence shortly after /vg/ League 12 and will be streamed on the main 4CC Cytube by Dag, Trainer and WayJay, and like in the main tournament, is expected to be played in PES 2017.

Rules
The rules for the qualifiers and the tournament proper are the same: normal cup rules as of the 2019 4chan Spring Babby Cup will apply for this tournament, except there will be no live managing (pastebins are OK, however), and a team can use an export they used in a previous tournament for this tournament.
Note for all non-4CC teams: As the tournament proper and qualifiers will be in UEFA Champions League mode on PES, non-4CC teams will be assigned invitational slots in which to place their aesthetics and tactics exports and other gizmos. VGL teams, especially, must use transfer tools to move into their assigned invitational slot.
This stage will have three groups of four. The top team in each group will advance to the main tournament.
