Jon Memorial Cup

This is an invitational played in PES 2015, hosted by /mlp/ in the weekend of 10-11 January 2015. It is hosted for fun, no points are gained, but also to remember our beloved Jenkey. He made Fileloader and some other tools that made the 4chan cup what it is today (except that his tools are currently killing Boris). But because it is hosted by /mlp/, don't be surprised if you see any random ponies showing up.

The commissioners are /clop/ with Ved being the streamer. This invitational will be streamed on the official cup Twitch.

This cup will use 2 groups of 4, single leg. The top 2 of each group will advance to the KO round, winners go to the final, losers to the third place final (the true final).

Loadsarules

General

  • Played in PES 2015
  • When you are confirmed to participate you'll be assigned a team to overwrite, don't just overwrite a random team yourself
  • You are required to use the save linked at the bottom of the page
  • Add your export at the bottom of the page as well
  • Use the RELOADED torrent of the game just to be sure, not the 3DM. Ask Tony if you need a link to it
  • The version to be used is 1.01.00 and Data Pack 1.00

Tactics

  • The JMC will follow the GGSS system and most of the rules on the The Rules page
  • GKs will also have flat 77 stats
  • Medals cannot play as GK, anything else is possible
  • The JMC will also use the height abuse system as used in the main cup
  • All 77s will have form 5
  • All medals will have form 8
  • The Weak Foot acc/freq is 2/2 for all players
  • Players with a height of 179 cm and lower will have 4/4 WF
  • Injury Resistance of non-medals is 1 (you might have to fix this in the save yourself)
  • All players are allowed to have only one and the same registered and playable position
  • All players can have a playstyle
  • A card means COM Playing Style or Playing Skill
  • All nonmedals can have 2 cards, GKs get only 1 card, silvers 3 cards and golds can have 4 cards
  • There is no global card limit
  • The Captain gets a free Captaincy that does not count against the player card limit
  • Fluid Formations are allowed

Aesthetics

  • All anthems and goalhorns needs to be uploaded as .mp3 in the export
  • Tony will handle this for you

Other Rules

  • All pitch settings will be random

Managing

  • The game will be played on Super Star difficulty
  • Games will be played with 10 minute halves
  • ET and PKs will be used in the KO stage
  • 3 substitutions per game per team
  • Random conditions are on
  • Player emotions are on
  • Injuries are on
  • You are not allowed to edit the position of a player at any given time before or during a match; you have 3 presets, use those
  • You have 3 time-outs per game
  • Conceding a goal will not give you a free time-out
  • Subs cost a time-out
  • Subs during HT are not free subs
  • Changing anything during HT will also cost a time-out
  • You are not allowed to change anything during the first 20 minutes of a game
  • Changing a preset mid game will cost a time-out, unless you have 'Change Preset Tactics' enabled and have the game change preset automatically
