Rules
- No tactical export rules, but any export deemed too strong will be nerfed. I will only check player ratings and heights in that regard, go wild with anything else
- Any game setting (game time, difficulty etc.) is taken from the 4cc
- Any team is allowed to compete, except teams based on circlejerks and extremely low quality teams. Some teams that may fall in the circlejerk category are allowed if the topic is recognizable by most people outside of that circlejerk, for example
/retardy/ or 
/tdc/. - Teams that participate in themed tournaments that happen periodically (board leagues, 4cc etc.) are capped to 4 (4 for each specific tournament)
- You can only sign up one team for now
Other Notes
- PES version pending, likely going to be the same version used in the autumn/winter cup
- Patches are not out of the question, but will be avoided if the version allows for exciting games without patches
