A follow up to the first Tag Team Cup 1, Tag Team Cup 2 was an invitational tournament that took place on the 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th April, 2016. Teams competing in this tournament were formed by two 4chan boards, and jointly managed by the management of both boards. Teams were built with one gold player and four silver players, with the gold player representing a combination of the two boards. The rosters were entirely new, a mix of new players and existing ones or a simple mashup of two boards current rosters - the decision was left to managers of each team.
The tournament was be hosted on >shitbox by CaptainPlanet and Old Man Sou (on 3rd of April).

Requirements

Obligatory

• A working PES16 export
• An anthem
• At least one goalhorn
• At least one outfielder kit and a goalkeeper kit; two outfielder kits are recommended

• Aesthetics other than kits (custom models)

Discouraged

• Time consuming live managing

Rules

Most normal Cup rules regarding exports applied: height brackets - complete with height abuse penalties, card limit (1 for GKs, 2 for non-medals, 3 for silvers, 4 for golds, free captaincy) etc. The sole exception was the use of GSSSS system instead of GGSS. A special build of AATF was available here.
The game was set to 10 minutes halves on superstar AI, with 3 subs, random conditioning, injuries on, emotions off. 4chan Elite Cup mode was used for aesthetics reasons.
There were no specific rules regarding timeouts as they were at host's discretion. In theory it meant the amount of timeouts was unlimited, in practice the host had the right to ignore managers should they spend too much time adjusting things on air.
Nightly exports were be accepted and were encouraged but pre-game sliders changes were still allowed. Adjusting formations on air was not strictly forbidden but highly discouraged.
