- Now load the (PES16) EDIT file from the folder My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2016\save (if this folder doesn't exist yet, open the game and it should be created automatically), select the squad you want to replace (preferably one of the Invitational Slots), go to the Team, then Load Squad and pick the .4ccs file you saved previously. Go to file, press Save file, and your team should now be in the game. (Keep in mind PES19 has some cards that PES16 doesn't have, so some of your players will be down a card, make sure to check that.)
