- LIVMANAGING ONLY
- Scrubs and Newbies get first priority. If there aren't enough interested, than it's open to anyone.
- Regular 4CC rules preferred, but not required. Don't make it overly OP. Take a look at the current rules[1] page used for Atutumn!
