This is an invitational played in PES 2017, hosted by /y/ on the day of 20 September 2016. The reason for the invitational is to expose PES 17 as quickly as possible to the 4CC for Memes, rigging and possible laughs. Don't be expecting amazing things from this, as SDA shall be the streamer and organizer. This invitational will be streamed on the official cup Hitbox.
Sign ups
Anyone can sign up for the tournament. Signup deadline is 18.9.2016, 23:59:59 UTC. Exports must also be posted by then. It's first come first serve. If help is needed to make your export, contact SDA.

DA RULES
General
- Played in PES 2017
- When you are confirmed to participate you'll be assigned a team to overwrite, don't just overwrite a random team yourself
- You are required to use the save linked at the bottom of the page
- Add your export at the bottom of the page as well
- If you do not own the game, contact SDA and he'll help in regards to making your team.
- The version to be used is TBA and Data Pack TBA
Tactics
- The Povo Cup will follow the GGSS system and follow the 2016 Summer Cup rules
- Keepers will be buffed to All 81 stats.
Aesthetics
- All anthems and goalhorns needs to be uploaded as .mp3 in the export
- All aesthetics (if possible) must be in the correct format.
Managing
- The game will be played on Super Star difficulty
- Games will be played with 10 minute halves
- ET and PKs will be used in the KO stage
- 3 substitutions per game per team
- Random conditions are on
- Player emotions are on
- Injuries are on
- You are not allowed to edit the position of a player at any given time before or during a match; you have 3 presets, use those
- You have 2 time-outs per game
- Subs cost a time-out
- Subs during HT are free subs
- Changing anything during HT will NOT cost a time-out
- You are allowed to change anything during the first 20 minutes of a game
- Changing a preset mid game will not cost a time-out
