The Beta Bowl 3 is an upcoming invitational hosted by WayJay and /r9k/, made to give experience to the new Managers and Testers of /r9k/, /adv/ and other interested boards.
PES 17 will be used.(Barring a breakthrough with PES18 aesthetics) Draw will be done at cuptime March 18th to determine groups for the Babby Managers, a second draw will also be done to determine groups for the Open Class.

Competitors
Every babby manager can have 2 (two) teams each, one in each pot, so they can gain more experience.
Up to 16 teams will compete. Babbies and Betas have higher priority.
Pots
Everyone will be thrown into the same pot, with babby managers being the priority. Playoffs will be a round of 16 no matter what. I've left room for 20 teams, so i'm hoping for 4 groups of 5. Top 3 teams from each group advance to the round of 16. The bottom two teams from each group will be given the option of submitting a "second chance" export with either the same team, or a new one. The winners of the second chance playoff games will move on to the round of 16, the bottom 4 will play once more to determine the top 2 losers and the participants of the TANKBOWL.
