/tv/ League VII

The /tv/ League will be the first PES tournament hosted by /tv/. Teams representing /tv/ generals, as well as popular films, shows, and sitcoms will compete to become the another /tv/ League champion.

Format

  1. /tv/ league will be played using PES 2017
  2. Team should consist of 23 players with 4 of them being medal players in the following configuration: GGSS(S) where (S) is a benched Silver that can be at any moment subbed in, but the number of medals on the field needs to be equal to 4. The required number of GKs is 1
  3. Team can be managed, autopilot or requested to be given tactics by the Wheel of the worst.
  4. It would be highly preferable if one manager actively manages one team.
  5. Aesthetics are welcomed (PLEASE DO THEM)
  6. The prize is a place on the /tv/ team for a chosen player(manager/caretaker choice) of the winning team for the period of one year, after which he will be again included in the polls.

Tactical

  1. Centering targets as a tactic is banned

Team players

  1. Stats: 99 for Golds, 88 for Silvers, 77 for Regulars/GKs
  2. Trick Cards are defined by the regular regular cup rules.
  3. 2 free COM Cards for Golds, 1 free COM style for Silver and Normal
  4. 6 Skill cards for Golds, 5 for Silvers, 4 for Normals, 2 for GKs
  5. 3 Trick cards for Golds and Silvers, 2 for normals, 1 for GK
  6. Capitanacy is a free card for the captain (as usual)
  7. All players 175cm and below in height may have their Weak Foot Usage and Weak Foot Accuracy settings set to any amount. For non-medal players 180 cm and above, their usage and accuracy stats are both capped at 2.
  8. All medal players may have their Weak Foot Usage and Weak Foot Accuracy settings set to any amount regardless of height.
  9. All players are allowed to have a lower Attacking Prowess and/or Defensive Prowess, but not higher.
  10. The Form setting is set to 8 for medal players, and 4 for the remaining regular players .
  11. The Injury Resistance setting is set to 3 for medals and 1 for non-medals.
  12. Injury resistance can be set lower than it's intended value (8 for medals, 4 for non-medals)
  13. Outfield players may have 1 less (non-free) card in exchange for an additional player position set to 'A'. There is no limit to the amount of non-free cards that can be traded for extra 'A' positions. Extra 'A' positions may not be 'GK.'
  14. Weak Foot Accuracy/Usage are the same as the regular cup ones

Height Rules

There is one height bracket.

  1. The "green" heights, giving more total height:
    1. Three players of height exactly 194cm. (Gold Medals and Goalkeepers are banned from using this height)
    2. Three players of height exactly 191cm.
    3. Five players of height exactly 185cm.
    4. Six players of height exactly 180cm.
    5. Six players of height exactly 175cm, with normal players receiving a +5 bonus to all stats. Normal players can get additional +5 bonus to all stats if in "Red" Position (CF/SS/RWF/LWF), but they can't have a second 'A' position if so.
  2. The three players that are 194cm and the six players that are 175cm may be set to lower (194-191cm or 155-174cm) heights, but they still count as 194 cm or 175cm for height brackets and their "lost" cm cannot be used to make other players taller.
    1. Players who are 175cm may also have one additional card.
  3. Players of height 175cm and below may have 4/4 weak foot accuracy and weak foot usage.
