/tv/ League III

/tv/ League II: THE SEQUEL will be the second PES tournament hosted by /tv/. Teams representing /tv/ generals, as well as popular films, shows, and sitcoms will compete to become the second /tv/ League champion. 16 teams will duke it out for the ultimate prize - the place on the team for a year!

Rules

Format

/tv/ league will be played using PES 2019
Team should consist of 23 players with 5 of them being medal players in the following configuration: GGSS(S) where (S) is a benched Silver that can be at any moment subbed in, but the number of medals on the field needs to be equal to 4. The required number of GKs is 1
Team can be managed, autopilot or requested to be given tactics by the Wheel of the worst.
It would be highly preferable if one manager actively manages one team
Aesthetics are welcomed (PLEASE DO THEM)
The prize is a place on the /tv/ team for a chosen player(manager/caretaker choice) of the winning team for the period of one year, after which he will be again included in the polls.

Team players

Stats: 99 for Golds, 88 for Silvers, 77 for Regulars/GKs
No Look Pass and Step On Skill are now trick cards along with all other trick cards described by the regular cup rules.
2 free COM Cards for Golds, 1 free COM Card for Silver
5 Skill cards for Golds, 4 for Silvers, 3 for normals, 2 for GKs
4 Trick cards for Golds, 3 for Silvers, 2 for normals, 1 for GK
Capitanacy is a free card for the captain (as usual)
Injury resistance can be set lower than it's intended value (8 for medals, 4 for non-medals)
Weak Foot Accuracy/Usage are the same as the regular cup ones

Height Rules

There are two options managers have for distributing team heights, named for their traditional colouring in height charts.

The "green" heights, giving more total height:
1. Six players of height exactly 194cm, with medals recieving a -5 nerf to all stats.
2. Five players of height exactly 185cm.
3. Six players of height exactly 180cm.
4. Six players of height exactly 175cm.
The "red" heights, giving bonuses to shorter nonmedal players:
1. Ten players which are either:
  1. Outfield players of height exactly 185cm.
  2. Goalkeepers of height exactly 189cm.
2. Seven players of height exactly 180cm.
3. Six players of height exactly 175cm, with non-medals receiving a +5 bonus to all stats.
The six players that are 175cm may be set to lower (155-174cm) heights, but they still count as 175cm for height brackets and their "lost" cm cannot be used to make other players taller.
1. Players who are 175cm may also have one additional card.
Players of height 175cm and below may have 4/4 weak foot accuracy and weak foot usage.
