The cup will be played on PES 2019.
Eligible teams:
- all previous /sp/erb Owl participants
- any team representing an /sp/ general
- /sp/-related non-general teams after being given the ok by the head rigger of the Owl (TWAIN#1475 on Discord)
Special invitation extended to the following potential teams, if you want to sign up a new team consider picking one of the following: /xfl/, /marble/, /fs/, /hoc/, /chess/, /heem/
