/vt/ League 7

The inaugural /vt/ League Divegrass Association cup, the Unity Cup, tournament will be held on July 6th and 7th, 2024. Streamed by Beebs.

General

All aesthetics rules from /vt/ League 6 apply here.
- Gold and Silver players must have their names colored with the matching button in the Editor
- No other name-colorings are permitted
Pro Evolution Soccer 2016; double-elimination
- ET and PKs on; 3 subs in regulation, a 4th allowed in extra time
The 4-3-3 formation, and all variations of it are banned.
- Formations not possible in the normal game are also forbidden (illegal formations)

Players may have a specific number of COM Styles for free as outlined:
- Golds may have up to 5 free COM Styles
- Silvers may have up to 3 free COM Styles
- Nonmedals may have up to 1 free COM Styles
Non-free Player Skills can be traded for additional COM Styles
- No player may exceed 5 COM Styles total
All players may have free Trick Cards, as defined below, as long as they stay under 11 Player Skills total:

Player marked as Team Captain may have one additional Player Skill, and the Captaincy card, as well as a +2 to all stats.
Teams must have 2 Nonmedal players with Registered Position of "GK"
Form 4 for Nonmedals, Form 8 for Medals
Injury Resistance is set to 1 for all players
4/4 Footedness for all players in the 181cm or 170cm bracket; 2/2 for any other players
Nonmedals may not have additional A-positions or B-positions
Medals may have 1 additional A-position for free; no other A-positions or B-positions are allowed
Nonmedal players with a Registered Position of any of LWF, RWF, LMF, or RMF gain an additional 7cm of height and +6 to all stats
Silver players with a Registered Position of either of LWF or RWF gain an additional 3cm of height and +3 to all stats
Medal players with both the Registered Position of CF and a Playstyle of Target Man or Fox in the Box gain an additional 5cm of height
Medals may not play at Goalkeeper, nor have 'GK' as a second A-position

Live-Management

Live-Management via IRC, done by private message with the streamer, will be allowed and encouraged
Nightlies due 2 hours before kickoff, any pre-game changes allowed after team's first match of the day (both days)
- There will be no changes allowed before a team's first game of either day excluding the following:
  - Substitutions/swapping of non-medals
  - Set-pieces
  - Turning Fluid Formation on/off
  - Any manual markings needed
The earliest time a voluntary timeout can be made will be set at 15'
- Managers have 2 voluntary timeouts they make take at any time between 15' and the end of the game; a third voluntary is allowed in Extra-Time
- Concession timeouts after conceding, having a player sent off or unable to continue, and halftime/ET Start/ET Half do not count as voluntary timeouts
In the case a manager is unable to live-manage, pregame subs will be done by condition on Preset 1 and at 65' by condition
A player that accumulates two yellow cards, or is given a red card, will be suspended for the following game
- Cards will not be cleared nor will suspensions, for any segment of the tournament
All stadiums, balls, and weather will be decided by the Organizer for the sake of testing
