The 8 Years of Rigging is a test tournament to celebrate the 8 year anniversary of the 4chan Cup, it will act as a replay of the entire tournament on the same version of PES, same squads, same format with one change, which is that the final will be 1 match instead of two. It will take place from August ? to August ?, 2019, much like the original tournament and will be hosted by AviationRigger.

This tournament will use the double-elimination bracket format, much like the original first 2 tournaments. A loss would drop teams down into a spot in the Loser's Bracket, determined by how far they advanced in the Winner's Bracket. If a team loses in the Loser's Bracket, they are eliminated from the tournament. It also used the three gold-standard players system, with each team allowed to use three players with each stat rated 99. All other players were standard and were rated at 66, with the inclusion of /b/ who were originally handicapped due to GermanBro's disdain for /b/ users.

The Original Sixteen teams competed at this tournament. As there was no host in the original tournament, the tournament was hosted on neutral ground. Teams were also allocated in the same positions that they were in the original tournament.

Since pretty much 96% of the original cup has been lost to time unless GermanBro has some never released before files, a lot of assumptions had to be made, mostly with the kits and player appearances (which were kept to the default faces the players already had in this save) so this could be wildly inaccurate, but the best was done with the few screenshots and evidence available.
