2017 4chan Winter Cup

This will be a tournament to help people become situated with PES 17, as well as test out the current format to see how shit it is and how we can improve it. I'll accept up to 16 teams to make 4 groups of 4, group games will be played most likely 2 hours later than cup time (starting 19:00 UTC) on Jan. 7-8 and Jan. 14, with top 2 teams advancing from each group to the knockout round which will air at 19:00 UTC on Jan. 15.

WE WILL BE USING GK WITH STATS 70

Following the event we will all shitpost about what is wrong with PES 17 and see if we can't find solutions.

POST EXPORTS AT THE BOTTOM, PRIORITY GIVEN TO TEAMS SIGNED UP, OTHER SLOTS WILL BE FILLED FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
IF I GET 8+ EXPORTS, DRAW WILL HAPPEN TONIGHT. IF 16 EXPORTS, WILL RUN A 16 TEAM CUP OTHERWISE WILL BE 2 (maybe) 8 TEAM CUPS.
