Rules

The league will be played on PES 2019 and the current main cup rules apply.
Livemanaging is permitted.
Both managing and caretaking is allowed
Albeit not mandatory, it is highly recommended that the manager of a team consults the general in regards to determining the roster.

NOTES

• This is a first come first serve. Invited teams will get priority, but other /sp/ related teams can still sign up. 24 is the maximum amount of teams that will play
• If you want to sign up a team, write a witty message after the team you want to sign up and sign the message with ~~~~
• Example sign up:

• A team will get approved for the tournament once the team can AT LEAST provide the following:
  • a roster of at least 11 players (23 for a full roster)
  • an anthem and a goal horn
  • a logo and a mini icon for the wiki
  • a GK kit and 2 outfield kits
  • a wiki page which at the very least lists the roster
