The second Beta Bowl is a planned invitational, stated to take place before the 2018 4chan Winter Cup. This tournament is intended to give new and inexperienced commentators and managers the opportunity to practice and learn in a low-stress environment, while also experimenting with a new game in the form of PES18 and a new Rigcam (>new >in intermittent use since late 2016). Autism and spaghetti are expected, but bullying will not be tolerated and bullying is heavily encouraged.
The event will be streamed by MarcoZ !!ycrzIG/Qkev and\or anyone who wants to try their hand at streaming and contacts me wishing to do so.
I would like to host this invitational before Winter, but it will be postponed if any additional issues with PES18 arise in the meantime.
Since exporting models and making kit CPKs on PES18 is still somewhat unwieldly, this invitational is most likely postponed to the week preceding Tag Team Cup IV. IF you would prefer to host a cup on 17 with one of the new rulesets, contact me and if there's a majority we can make it a 8 to 12 team cup for the second weekend of January, after the /pol/eague.
Format

Just like the previous Beta Bowl and the No Bully Bowl, this event will aim to simulate a real cup as close as possible, and as such Nightlies will be allowed, as well as cup-standard livemanagement.
Priority will be given to teams with inexperienced managers, lower rankings, or smaller footprints/profiles.
Commentating will be done from /r9k/'s discord, in the same way as the first Beta Bowl - managers and commentators will be granted the "Rigcam Access" mask and proceed to download and connect to the Rigcam, after which they can connect to the voice chat channel in which the streamer will be able to hear them.
Requirements
- A working PES 2018 Export (Organizers may be able to assist with updating exports if they do not meet current rules)
- Anthem and goalhorn(s) - a ready-made Rigdio folder is strongly encouraged
- At least one outfielder kit and one goalkeeper kit (two outfielder kits recommended)
