The /sp/erb Owl 2018 is the second edition of the /sp/erb Owl. It will take place at a TBD date, probably 3 weeks after Winter 18. The competition will be played on PES 17, and the final will be played on 
/afl/'s stadium as winners of the previous tournament.
Rules
Standard cup rules apply, with the foolowing mentions:
- Managers are allowed to choose between these systems: GGSS, GSSSS, GSSSBB, GGSBB, where bronze have all 83 in stats (79 if height abuse). If a system with bronze players is chosen, one of the two will have three skill cards, while the other only two.
- Summer 17 height rules apply, with an addendum: teams running height abuse play without a gold.
Eligible teams:
- all previous /sp/erb Owl participants
- any team representing an /sp/ general
- /sp/-related non-general teams after being given the ok by the head rigger of the Owl (TWAIN#1475 on Discord)
Livemanaging is permitted.
Albeit not mandatory, it is highly recommended that the manager of a team consults the general in regards to determining the roster.
A team must have an anthem, a goalhorn, a logo, a GK kit and at least an outfield kit.
Organiser-made autopilots are only eligible for generals and only if the generals in question provide a roster of at least 12 players (full roster much preferred) and music.
