Rules
The cup will likely be played on PES 2019 (or whatever PES the main cup will move to).
The current main cup rules apply.
Eligible teams (ordered by priority)
- Invited teams
- all previous /sp/erb Owl participants
- any team representing an /sp/ general
- /sp/-related non-general teams
Livemanaging is permitted.
Albeit not mandatory, it is highly recommended that the manager of a team consults the general in regards to determining the roster.
A team must have a roster of at least 11 players (23 for a full roster), an anthem, a goalhorn, a logo, a GK kit and at least an outfield kit in order to participate.
