Tottoric Up 2
About the Tottoric Up 2
An invitational idea somewhere between all joke and half-serious, the Tottoric Up seeks to needlessly complicate the process of replying to "can you make ____ in blender" requests by putting them up as the prize in ALL OUT COMPUTAR DIVEGRASS WAR. Or a "knockout tournament" as some people like to call it.
The Schedule
It's going to be on March 22 2014, using standard Cup start times.
Signups are closed by the end of the winter cup (March 2). The draw and random selections will happen sometime before March 8.
The export deadline is March 19 Pacific time. March 20th Pacific time is TOO LATE.
Rules
8-team tournament in Konami Cup modoAll games will be in CL Exhibition mode because Konami Cup crashes every single time, lel- PES 2014
- GGSS rosters
- Teams may submit tournament-specific exports, other wise their last offical export will be used.
- Live managing will be supported, but not required
FORMATION CHANGES WILL BE LIMITED TO PRESETS BECAUSE SERIOUSLY, FUCK TEN MINUTES OF "NO NO, MOVE HIM A LITTLE MORE TO THE LEFT".THE RIG TIMER WILL BE USED. SEE BELOW.- Random conditioning and heart will be enabled
- Subs off by default, managers may specify changes and times in instructions.
- 2 15-minute ET periods if still tied after 90 minutes, PKs if still tied after 120
- No seeding, draw will be totally random to maximize suspicions of dastardly >rigging
Rig Timer Rules
- Each team will start a match with 5 minutes on their Rig Timer.
- During pre-game, there will be one minute of 'free' time to see conditions and heart.
- If a manager wants to make any changes from preset 1 and the default starting 11, then they must say so during that one minute period or leave instructions to implement on their wiki page.
- If both managers want to make changes, a coin flip determines who goes first.
- The Rig Timer starts counting down when a manager is told they are on the clock.
- The Rig Timer stops counting down when a manager has communicated they are done listing instructions by telling the host 'DONE' and the host has enacted those changes.
- The manager can use up to 4 minutes of their rig time during pre-game. If a manager's changes can not be listed and implemented in those 4 minutes, their team will begin the game with whatever has been finished up to that point.
- During the match, a manager can request a pause for substitutions or tactical changes whenever they want as long as they have rig time remaining.
- The Rig Timer starts counting down when the game goes onto the pause screen.
- The Rig Timer stops counting down when a manager has communicated they are done listing instructions by telling the host 'DONE' and the host has enacted those changes.
- If a team runs out of rig time during the game, the host will finish implementing any instructions they have been given before that point.
- Teams will get one extra minute of rig time at halftime and another extra minute if the match goes to extra time.
- Setting lineups for penalty kicks will not be timed on the Rig Timer.
